9c8299f13f Change to linear scaling for renderer. 
With the previous exponential approach, a deep site (the deepest element in
amazon's product page is 36 levels deep) would be unrealistic.

f82cfca2ee support overloads of Performance#measure 
`init1` => `init`

support `navigationStart` in `getMarkTime`

Turns out this is just an alias to 0.

prefer `self` instead of `page.window._performance`
